"For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, The fountain of living waters, To hew for themselves cisterns, Broken cisterns That can hold no water." Jeremiah 2:13 NASB.
Jeremiah 2:13 challenges us to stop slurping from our own muddy cisterns and instead drink fully from God's living waters. Just imagine! Fresh, flowing, pure water that will satisfy our thirst and motivate us to abide abundantly in God's presence and provision.
But to do that we must allow God to transform us on the potter's wheel through His unique plan of challenges for each of us. It's difficult and hard work but God's loving fingers will leave His fingerprints all over our lives.
True “heart change” occurs as we cooperate with God's prodding and return more often to His fresh spring. I'm passionate about sharing with others how that can happen. Transformation from the inside out not only is possible but commanded by God.
I hope that my blog will encourage you in your desire to be refreshed at God's living spring.
